The Restaurant
Imperial Park's own restaurant is widely used by the local community for weddings, birthdays and Holy communions.
Although it has not made our list of favourite restaurants, it is perfectly good enough for an evening meal when you don't want to leave the complex.
Diners pay a fixed price (half for children under 12) and everything from the extensive buffet, alcohol and soft drinks, is included. The choice is extensive; normally two home-made soups and a smorgasbord of cold appetisers and salads, numerous main courses with meat and fish freshly cooked in front of you by the chef, plus an array of desserts, yoghurts, cakes and fresh fruit.
Occasionally they have a cooking demonstration on the terrace, usually something like a huge Paella full of seafood. Always worth keeping an eye out for.
Another good view of the water chute and slides pool, as well as one of the terraces where you can enjoy morning coffee (or something stronger).
