These prices are based on a stay of at least 2 weeks. Shorter stays will incur additional cleaning costs, which we do not pass on for longer stays. Contact us for details. Longer term lets (4 weeks and above) are both available and attract a discount. Again, ask for details.

Longer stays at negotiable rates, contact us, we don't bite!
20% deposit on booking, £100 retained against breakages and key deposit. Balance (i.e. 80% + £100) 8 weeks before arrival please. Deposit not returned if we are unable to re-book your weeks. If you cancel within 8 weeks of arrival and we cannot re-book, 50% will be retained.
ALL UK school Holidays are HIGH season, All of August is PEAK. LOW season is November to March (outside school holidays in that period) High is June, July and September. MID is October, April and May (outside school holidays in those months).
Contact us for availability. Flexible change over days. Clean linen and towels weekly included, as is all gas and electricity. In the unlikely event that the gas bottle runs out during your stay, please tell reception who will arrange a replacement and if you are charged we will of course fully refund you. If any breakages please tell us first, do not try and replace. We have spares of most things, and they will be cheaper for you than you will be able to find.
