Spanish mattresses tend to be harder than we are used to, so at some expense we have replaced all the mattresses in the Villa with imported British ones.

We try to ensure that every holiday maker finds some beer and soft drinks in the fridge, as well as a small supply of essentials (tea bags, washing machine tablets, milk, bread) but in high season have to rely on the goodwill of the previous tenant! In the wall unit you will find DVDs and CDs for all tastes as well as board and card games along with a tool kit, first aid kit and (although we hope you don't need them) 2 umbrellas! There should also be a few bottles of spirits and some wine.
The kitchen has a electric oven and gas hob, a fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, kettle and juicer and is fully stocked with cutlery and crockery, knives, glasses, cups and mugs etc etc.
You will also find around the villa a good hairdryer, iron, ironing board and even a small safe should you wish to use it.
The sofa bed in the lounge easily converts into two comfortable single beds. All linen and towels are provided and changed weekly.
We do ask that if you are a smoker, please restrict smoking to the balcony, where ashtrays are provided.
The property has air conditioning throughout as well as warm air central heating. It has its own hot water boiler, meaning plenty of water all day long.
Our whole family are football fans, and around the Villa you will find some genuine signed items of football memorabilia. They are described here, so you can tell what it is you're looking at:
Geoff Hurst scoring his 3rd Iker Casillas (Real Madrid's Kezman and Rudd Van
goal in 1966 World Cup Final. Goalkeeper) signed glove. Torres signed Nistelrooy signed
Hand signed photograph. Athletico Madrid Man.Utd. shirt.

We have also recently commisioned and bought an oil on canvas painting, based on Jack Vettriano's famous "Billy Boys" but relocated to the beach at Calpe, with the rock in the background.
